Location was ideal very close to beach, staff were dedicated, everything was fairly clean throughout. I liked the room, the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good with variety of food!

We recommend it to those visiting Venice. In addition, the free parking was handy. 10 mins walk to the centre. Breakfast had something for everyone - muffins, cereal and fruit.
